DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to our AGM in the main hall at RISC at 7pm on Wednesday 16th October where we will recap on the year that’s been and elect the committee for 2024/25.  AGM papers can be found here. \n\n\n\nOur guest speaker will be Roger Geffen MBE from Low Traffic Future. Roger\, who was awarded an MBE for services to cycling in 2015\, will outline the group’s “Transport Choices Challenge” for local authorities. \n\n\n\nThe Challenge is for transport networks to be planned differently\, so as to give real choices in how we go about our daily lives. We should be able to easily and safely walk\, wheel or cycle\, and access affordable public transport. This will make day-to-day journeys good for our health\, our communities\, our economy and our environment.You can read more here >> https://lowtrafficfuture.org.uk/
