DESCRIPTION:Free monthly maintenance bike checks with Dr Bike on the first Thursday of every month\, 11am to 2pm in front of Sainsbury’s\, Broad Street\, opposite the Oracle entrance. \n\n\n\nBring your bike along to the town centre and the team will check and tune-up your bike\, undertake free minor repairs and diagnose more complex repairs. They are also happy to provide general advice on cycling and cycle route planning across Reading.

DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to our AGM in the main hall at RISC at 7pm on Wednesday 16th October where we will recap on the year that’s been and elect the committee for 2024/25.  AGM papers can be found here. \n\n\n\nOur guest speaker will be Roger Geffen MBE from Low Traffic Future. Roger\, who was awarded an MBE for services to cycling in 2015\, will outline the group’s “Transport Choices Challenge” for local authorities. \n\n\n\nThe Challenge is for transport networks to be planned differently\, so as to give real choices in how we go about our daily lives.
