DESCRIPTION:Dr Bike is returning to Reading town centre on the first Thursday of the month throughout 2025. \n\n\n\nThe team from Avanti Cycling will be back in Broad Street carrying out free bike maintenance checks and basic repairs. \n\n\n\nJust turn up with your bike at their gazebo outside Sainsbury’s between 11am – 2pm. \n\n\n\nThe free sessions are sponsored by the Council to support active travel in Reading.

DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to our AGM in the Room 3 (Stones Room) at RISC at 7pm on Wednesday 15th October where we will recap on the year that’s been and elect the committee for 2026. \n\n\n\nAGM papers can be found here.Guest Speaker:You can then hear from Zsolt Schuller\, the National Trust’s active travel advocate\, as he shares his vision for making NT sites more welcoming and accessible to all cyclists. \n\n\n\nZsolt will outline his goal of enhancing cycling infrastructure to National Trust properties and creating a consistent welcome for cyclists across the UK. DESCRIPTION:Meet by the giant screen at the train station\, town side. \n\n\n\nCritical Mass is an informal\, leaderless bike ride that meets on the last Friday of every month\, in cities around the world. \n\n\n\nThere is no route planned; the ride simply follows those who happen to be at the head of the group. \n\n\n\nEveryone welcome. Past and present\, young and old\, all genders\, all colours. \n\n\n\nSpeed is slow to moderate and people of all cycle levels are welcome. \n\n\n\nJoin the ride to change the streets!
