Reading Cycle Campaign works to create a cycle-friendly Reading, but this isn’t just limited to better infrastructure and road safety.
One of the things that can deter people from cycling is the fear of your bike getting stolen once you’ve parked it somewhere. So we recently created a survey on bike theft to get a further insight into the problem in Reading. Find out more here.
We have regular meetings with local Transport Officers, Councillors, and other interested pro-cycling groups to present our members’ concerns to them.
We attend cycling and relative festivals and arrange cycling events so you have the opportunity to meet like-minded cyclists and raise cycling concerns. Visit our Events page.
