Cycling in Reading is not just about Reading Borough Council. Due to our bizarre boundary system many thousands of cyclists in the Reading area use roads controlled by West Berks or Wokingham Borough Council.
West Berks asked us to undertake a cycle audit of the western fringes of Reading (Calcot, Pangbourne, Purley & Theale) that lie in their jurisdiction so that they could draw up cycle improvement schemes to implement as funding became available.
