Your work with RBC to improve cycling facilities in Reading are very commendable. However before spending more money on new routes is it not about time RBC finished the ones we already have. By that I mean providing correct signage so that the cycle routes are legally enforceable. Then enforcing the law so those cycle lanes are not used for parking or to stop people driving in Cycle lanes. RBC also need to look at existing shared user paths i.e. Caversham lock to Tesco it’s a joke.
